YOUTH MINISTRIES

Children's Church
Each Sunday (except 1st), during the 11:00AM worship service, Youth (ages 2 to 16) explore the truth about God through His Word in small groups.
Saturday Morning Youth
Designed to facilitate the spiritual development of Youth, ages 2 to 18, through weekly bible study and regular outings.
Weekly meetings are held from 10:30AM - Noon on Saturdays.
Children & Youth Choir
The Children and Youth Choir serves each 4th Sunday at the 8:00AM worship. The choir's repertoire includes hymns, anthems, spirituals and contemporary gospel music.
Rehearsals are each Saturday beginning at Noon.
Youth Ushers
The Youth Ushers Ministry is our assembly of ushers ages 5 to 17 who are available and willing to help attend to the needs of worshippers during services at GEMBCLA.
The Youth Ushers meet on the 3rd Saturdays.
The Outlet
A safe space for our Youth and Young Adults, ages 13 to 22, to guide them along their spiritual journey and serve as a place to discuss issues, concerns, and struggles and situations that affect our youth.
Meetings are every 2nd Monday at 7:00PM.
A. W. Lott Scholarship Ministry
Scholarships for active GEMBCLA members graduating from high school and matriculating to post-secondary academic or trade study.
Scholarship applications are due March 15th each year.
The Praise Dance Ministry ministers to the body of Christ through dance at selected services throughout the year.
Rehearsals are held on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month.
